Using this site
By using the Lumien Payments website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You may use the site to learn about our services, contact us and start an application for your business.
Who provides processing
Lumien Payments is an authorized sales representative of Shift4 Payments, LLC, Center Valley, PA. Shift4 Payments, LLC is a registered ISO of Citizens Bank, N.A., Providence, RI.
Card processing services are provided under a merchant processing agreement between your business, Shift4 Payments, LLC and its sponsor bank. Nothing on this site is an offer to enter that agreement or a promise that an application will be approved.
Pre-screens and pricing information
A pre-screen is an estimate from Lumien's own checks. It is not an approval. Final approval is made by our processing partner and its sponsor bank after underwriting.
Descriptions of pricing programs on this site are general. Your rates and fees are set out in your application and merchant processing agreement, and only those documents apply to your account.
Your information
Information you give us must be accurate and complete, and you must be authorized to act for the business you represent. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to use.
- Do not submit false, misleading or someone else's information.
- Do not interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses, or use automated means to submit forms.
Content and trademarks
The site's text, design and the Lumien name and mark belong to Lumien Payments. Equipment and product names such as Shift4 Dine, SkyTab Glass, Shift4 Duo and PAX are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe equipment we can supply.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Lumien Payments is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. This section does not limit rights you have under your merchant processing agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state named here once counsel confirms it (to be added before launch).
